1. Scope of these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the services Zee IT Services ([registered legal name]) provides. Where a signed proposal or contract exists for a project, it overrides these terms.

2. Website content & tools

Our calculators, service finder and other tools provide estimates for guidance only and are not quotes. Prices on this site are USD starting points and may change. Only a written quote is binding.

3. Quotes & payment

Quotes remain valid for [30] days. Monthly services are invoiced in advance in USD. Fixed-price projects are paid in the milestones listed in the quote [e.g. deposit, design sign-off, launch]. Work may pause if payment is late.

4. Ad budgets & third-party costs

You pay advertising spend directly to the ad platforms through accounts you own. Unless your quote states otherwise, you also cover third-party costs such as software, themes, plugins, domains, hosting and WhatsApp Business messaging fees.

5. Client responsibilities

You'll supply accurate information, timely feedback and the account access we need, and ensure any material you provide doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Ownership of work

After full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you, including designs, websites, brand assets and automations, subject to any third-party component licences. Ad, analytics and CRM accounts are registered in your name.

7. No guaranteed results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, such as your market, offer, competitors and platform changes. We don't guarantee particular rankings, leads or revenue.

8. Cancellation & refunds

Monthly services continue month to month and can be cancelled with [30 days] written notice. Completed work is non-refundable. Project deposits cover work started and are non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing [confirm refund policy].

9. Confidentiality

Your business information stays confidential and is used only to deliver our services.

10. Limitation of liability
